Akai et al.  won the Poster Award at the Study of Group of the Integrated MEMS that was held at Tower Hall Funabori, Tokyo, October 16, 2009.<\/dd>\n<dt><a href=\"http:\/\/int.ee.tut.ac.jp\/icg\/wp\/en\/?p=1870\">September 15, 2009<\/a><\/dt>\n<dd><strong>What&#8217;s New<\/strong><\/dd>\n<dd>Mr. A. Ikedo&#8217;s paper was selected cover article in Appl. Phys. Lett. Vol. 95.<\/dd>\n<dt><a href=\"http:\/\/int.ee.tut.ac.jp\/icg\/wp\/en\/?p=244\">August 28, 2009<\/a><\/dt>\n<dd><strong>What&#8217;s New<\/strong><\/dd>\n<dd>Mr. H.
