Mr. M. Futagawa and Mr. M.Sugiura et al, were nominated for Igarashi Award at the 26th “Sensors Symposium on Sensors, Micromachinees and Application Systems”  that was held at Tower Hall Funabori, Tokyo, on October 15-16. Furthermore, Mr. Futagawa won  the “Outstanding Performance Award”.
